Job Functions Administration
Industries Admin, Office & Support

•Identify suitable advertising channels
•Creation of job advertisements

Contract Management and Administration

•Manage contracting processes with newly appointed fundraisers, including terminations
•Ensure that all fundraisers are in possession of all relevant company policies
•Manage all fundraiser leave days

Field Operations

•Monitor collateral (tablets, uniforms, donor gifts) and make sure that all stock is accounted for
•Be able to visit the team at least once a week
•Assist in moving of stand set wherever necessary
•Assist in managing site relationships
•Manage pool car bookings

Invoices and Finance
•Handle all supplier, Sales Manager and Fundraiser invoices
•Manage all booking processes for travel and external F2F excursions
•Imports (Peach Payments+Linkserv+GivenGain)
•Cash sale/ donor Invoicing
•Assisting with Section 18A certificates

Events Management and Operations
•Assisting on event management for donor events
•Assisting with face to face fundraising events and troubleshooting

•Sourcing of donor gifts
•Assisting with vetting of suppliers
•Bulk SMS management
•Manage the training day logistics i.e attendees, training venues, lunch, printing all required documents.

•Tertiary qualification an advantage
•Expert in Microsoft Excel
•Strong administrative and project/ event management experience
•Team player
