TFG Fabiani: Intern – Ecommerce

Position Description:

Responsibilities will include:


  • To ensure all products is uploaded to the online store/s in an accurate and complete manner, including managing the descriptions and images process.
  • Check accuracy and load all the product information through all the live systems, including ODBMS, Omni-Product and BCC.
  • Utilise the systems to ensure customer and sales-optimised presentation of product, segmenting the customer base where appropriate.
  • With guidance, group the styles into product categories, capture attributes and product descriptions, hide inactive SKUs, and monitor online stock to meet revenue targets.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to move additional stock, offer promotions or the assortments are improved and enhanced for the online customer.
  • Learn how to curate the design work on the marketplace to ensure all the banners, artwork, promotions and inspiration are displayed in a manner that is both on-brand and positioned to drive the revenue on the site.
  • Uncover creative ways to present the marketplace in such a way to drive additional revenue and trade, for both TFG and our affiliates.
  • Participate in the development of marketplace-related creative communications materials and assets in support of campaigns, pop up shops and driving revenue.
  • Contribute to ensuring agreed KPIs are met i.e. revenue, online availability, site traffic, conversion rate.
  • Liaise with the distribution centre to manage old or damaged stock.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant parties including affiliates, studio, central ecommerce team, other brands, Infotec, contact centre and logistics so as to ensure needs of the marketplace are met and revenue is optimised.
  • Sample management from buyers to studio and back to buyers.
  • Image review and loading into appropriate folders.

  • Part time work experience in retail or promotions – essential
