The following position has become available at our Kempton Park office. The purpose of the job is to assist Procurement Personnel with administrative tasks and to fulfil the duties of the company Receptionist.
|Industries||Admin, Office & Support,Call Centre & Helpdesk|
a)Process non-stock and consumable stock item GI’s
•Checks documents received for non-stock and stock items for compliance and ensure GL allocations and authorisations are in accordance with company policies
•Process goods-inward transactions on SAMIS.
•Send payment documentation to Finance Department timeously and in line with supplier payment terms.
•Assist with resolving queries.
c)Maintains BBBEE records
d)Assists with preparation for board reporting
Qualifications: Matric (Required)
Training: Logistic Diploma (Ideal, not required).
Experience: 3 years receptionist experience.
