Compile and control the Sales financial and operational budgets, according to sound cost management practices. Expense Management Analysis, expense query analysis & management along with approval of budget exceptions / adjustments.

-Continuous Management of budget process (financial & operational) for sales department
-Change Management to optimize sales processes, systems and methodologies
Driving cost effectiveness through the development and maintenance of systems & processes
-Labour planning and control within the stores
-Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects
-B. Com or related degree (preferably with Accounting Major)
-5 years experience in a middle management financial position
-Experience gained working in an Operational environment where things are not always constant
– 5 – 8 years’ retail experience
-Computer literacy: Advanced MS Excel); Google Suite (advanced Google Sheets)
-Management skills
-Understanding of financial accounting
-Aptitude for numbers
-Awareness of impact of decisions made
-Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
-Change Management
-Project management will be an advantage
-SAP experience (or similar financial management system) will be an advantage
