ROLE SUMMARY
The Payroll Administrator will assist with the administration and maintenance of all payroll data, in line with the relevant Southern African country legislative requirements and tax compliance.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Responsible for the full payroll function of a staff compliment of +- 1000 people
Job responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
Capture new employees in Sage People 300
Edit/change employee details
Process terminations in Sage People 300
Process and run biweekly wages
Provide payslips and costings as and when required.
Wage /Payroll related queries and reports as and when required.
Filing
Any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements
Grade 12 level of numeracy and literacy.
Sage People 300 training and experience essential.
A Minimum of 2-years’ experience within a similar role.
Must be able to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills required.
Computer literacy essential (MS Office).
