HR qualification

Excellent
administration skills

Experienced in MS
Office packages & ability to grasp other systems quickly

·
Excellent ability
to pay attention to detail

·
Stress tolerance
& able to work under pressure

·
High standards of
ethical conduct, i.e. honesty, integrity and sensitivity

·
Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills

·
Planning &
Organizing skills

·
Reliable and
Flexible.

Recruitment:

·
Creating of all job
ads from templates, sending out internally – send to agencies depending on
positions.

·
Scheduling &
booking of interviews

·
Regretting unsuccessful
candidates

Appointments &
Internships:

·
Confirm all
checks are in place

·
Draft offer
letters and contracts.

·
Collect all
necessary documents (ID, bank statement/letter, tax number, highest
qualification, proof of address).

·
Sign new
employees up for provident fund.

·
Do their
fingerprints – biometrics.

·
Add them to the
‘new start list’, induction list and payroll.

Terminations:

·
Add terminated
employees on the report for that month;

·
Terminate with
pension fund;

·
Issue UI19 and
certificate of service.

Work Permits/Passports:

·
Ensure copies of
all work permits and passports are received;

·
Check validity;

·
Issue new fixed
term contracts if required.

IOD:

·
Processing IOD on CompEasy;

Adhoc admin duties:

·
Arrange Induction
as required.

·
Updating the
Training Report with any external/internal training.

·
Birthday Vouchers
– issue to managers as required.

·
Filing as
required.
