and will report to the head of sales.

  • Have the will and want to be in the sales
    profession and be a go getter, self-starter and have the ability to meet sales
    targets – Have the hunger for selling
  • 3 years proven track record in sales and merchandising in the FMCG market segment
  • ·
    Understanding and previous experience in the:

o
Formal
corporate retail

o
Wholesale

o
Owner managed non chain related retail stores

o
Informal stores in the Eastern Cape.

  • A 3-year qualification in sales will be to your advantage
    backed up by a proven track record in the above mentioned market sectors
  • ·
    Must Speak fluent English and Xhosa
  • ·
    Must be presentable
  • ·
    Of sober habits
  • ·
    Full understanding of the sales life cycle of FMCG
    products from warehouse to shelf
  • ·
    An understanding of Personal Care products or similar within the FMCG market will be advantageous
  • ·
    Have an existing network to work from as a
    starting point in your new position
  • ·
    Have a valid driver’s license
  • ·
    Own vehicle will be advantageous
  • ·
    Willingness to travel throughout the Eastern Cape
  • ·
    Ability to adapt to different types of customers
  • ·
    Strong Business Relationship building skills
  • ·
    Strong Problem-solving skills
  • ·
    Strong administration skills
  • ·
    Strong Sales negotiation skills
  • ·

    Ability to list products with new customers

    Ability to create invoices and delivery notes
