Introduction

JOB OVERVIEW:

Take responsibility for determining best practice to implement and manage all Customer Value Management (CVM) projects for Mobile Financial Services within budgetary constraints through continuous improvement. Coordinate all available resources to best achieve successful outcomes for all allocated initiatives and ad hoc campaigns in Mobile Financial Services.

Translate the customer base management strategy, campaign roadmap and infrastructure upgrade projects for Mobile Financial Services into an operating plan that supports the overall MFS CVM strategy and P&L and aligns with the overall CVM project plan. Operationally manage all CVM programmes and initiatives in the Mobile Financial Services environment impacting on revenue streams.

Duties & Responsibilities

KEY REQUIRMETNS AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • Minimum of three-year Degree / National Diploma in Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in either Business Operations, Account Management or Campaign Management
  • Managerial courses will be an advantage
  • Prior experience in the Telecommunications industry
  • Fluent in English and other official South African languages
  • Flexible working hours – Able to attend functions afterhours
  • Flexibility to travel as required (local/international)
  • Constant pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Working in an open-plan environment
