Purpose Statement
  • Daily management of the Finance Business Partners , Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets Teams
  • Be a strategic partner to the various business divisions to ensure they execute on their business plan
  • Ensuring the timeous and accurate closure of the General Ledger, driving the monthly reconciliation process, weekly payments to creditors, control over fixed assets and budgeting and reporting on all expenses within the company.
  • Involvment in the implementation on new financial systems.
Experience

Min:
At least 3 years’ experience in a reporting/analysis role/general financial manager role

  • At least 3 years’ experience within a Management/Team Leader role environment focusing on team development and client liaison/interaction

Ideal:

  • Proven experience in below is preferred:
  • MS Office with advanced Excel skills
Qualifications (Minimum)
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting – Financial Accounting or Commerce
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Porfessional Qualifications (Minimum)
  • A relevant post graduate degree in Accounting – Financial Accounting or Finance
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
