Duties will include the following:
Assist passengers / travel agents with flight bookings and queries relating to their travel
Handle inbound and outbound Customer enquiries/emails and Social media responses utilizing available Contact Centre systems and programs.
Deal with Customer complaints in a professional manner and resolving Customer requests in a focused and efficient manner.
Identify Customers’ needs, upsell additional products/services and offer personalized services in line with Quality and Training directives.
Fluent in English
MS Office skills
Previous customer services experience
