Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution Company seeks a half day Admin Assistant to assist the Branch and OPS Managers.

Responsibilities
Answer Phones
Assist walk-in customers
Administer Receiving & Dispatch of Stock
General Admin duties
Filing (All relevant company docs)
Data capturing
Petty cash & Petty cash Reconciliation
Cash ups & Banking
Manage e-mails

Education, Qualification & Requirements
A pass at Matric (Maths & Science)
At least a minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the Building or Construction industry, added advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel & Word, some experience in an accounting system (ERP, SYSPRO, PASTEL, ADEPT, SAP) not a must but would be ideal
Own car
English and Afrikaans
