Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle emails and incoming calls from customers internationally
- Work on multiple cloud platforms to provide excelent customer service
- Ascertain customer needs and provide solutions
- Handle outbound calls to customers experiencing difficulties to retain customers and enhance brand loyalty
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Call centre experience including retentions
- Very good english communication skills as you will be dealing with international customers
- Broad computer literacy and experience on multiple platforms
- Knowledge of logistics and e-commerce growth
- The confidence to communicate professionally with an internatitonal customer base
- Shift work
Package & Remuneration
