Taking call centre excellence to the next level!

Take customer service to the next level for an international e-commerce brand based in Cape Town. Experience with inbound and outbound preferred as you liase, retain and negotiate for this market disrupter. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle emails and incoming calls from customers internationally
  • Work on multiple cloud platforms to provide excelent customer service
  • Ascertain customer needs and provide solutions
  • Handle outbound calls to customers experiencing difficulties to retain customers and enhance brand loyalty

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Call centre experience including retentions
  • Very good english communication skills as you will be dealing with international customers
  • Broad computer literacy and experience on multiple platforms
  • Knowledge of logistics and e-commerce growth
  • The confidence to communicate professionally with an internatitonal customer base
  • Shift work 

Package & Remuneration

Highly negotiable including incentives and commission
