Pro Staff Select
The Head Chef is looking for formally trained, highly skilled and passionate chefs with PROVEN ABILITIES and strengths and solid knowledge in a wide range of CULINARY SKILLS & advanced TECHNIQUES.
Formal Cheffing / Culinary Qualification from a top chef’s school.
Minimum 3 years fine dining experience within a similar a la carte restaurant .
Able to do BOTH Hot and COLD Section with creativity in PLATING and assisting on the PASS when needed.
Working hours: 2 days off per week with 5 x split shifts.
Must have excellent excellent communication skills in ENGLISH both written and writing skills
Knowledge of menu terminology and advanced food preparation methods essential.
