LEA is a co-ordinated and focused one-stop shop Authority that provides development and support services to the Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises in Botswana, encompassing provision of business advisory, training, mentoring, business incubation, market access, technology and innovation support.
To proficiently assist the SMMEs to define the nature and extent of their business. Adequately addressing business, market access and technical needs by analysing relevant data. This role entails providing profound business and technical advice to SMME’s and enrolling them in appropriate training and development programmes. In addition, the incumbent will monitor business operations and intervene as necessary.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Post Graduate qualification in a technical field e.g. Agriculture, Manufacturing, Mining will be an added advantage.
At least four to five years’ experience with additional technical expertise.
