Basic of R4000.00 on every R100 000.00 + 10% Commission
The incumbent will be responsible, but not limited to assist with the selling of Aviation parts, Motor spares and any other supply related commodities where technical knowledge and support is required in aerospace, defense and other corporate and government sectors.
Ensure that the company’s product specifications are aligned with all the major customer requirements. In this role, dedication and the positive attitude will go a long way.
Understanding of foreign exchange rates very important
Due to the niche nature of this role, willingness to learn, passion and drive are key, independence, thinking on your feet.
Understanding of events project management
Source new business in line with specified sales targets
Source new business through Tenders and Bids
Tenders and bids administration Database and records management of documents
Meet and Exceed revenue targets as set out in the annual budgets
Pricing of quotes, tenders and proposals.
Develop and maintain business proposals, methodologies and project plans
Maintain and update reports (Tender reports, database registrations)
Attend Briefing Sessions
Prepare all project documents with project scope of activities and prepare and revise proposal. Ensure all tender documents are maintained, completed and delivered on time (2days before closing)
Understanding of events project management of (workshops/conferences/education campaigns/round table discussion etc)
Communicating regarding procedures and risk of the project.
Provide an efficient administrative support
Comply with company standards, ensure all proposals and contracts are uniformed.
Ensure that the sale of services meets the Company’s terms and conditions.
Follow through of quotes / tenders / technical advice
Liaison with end users
Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales and activity reports
