Purpose Statement
  • To provide an administrative service to Capitec Bank’s commercial clients; Employer Salary Transfer Facility (ESTF) and Merchant Support by attending to telephonic and written enquiries within the agreed service levels.
  • To provide support to the Capitec Bank’s New Business Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Support Coordinators and Sales Representatives.

Qualifications (Minimum)
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

  • A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is preferred

  • Able to work a 45 hour week inclusive of weekends and public holidays on a shift basis including night shift
