are a small property company based in Wynberg looking for for an Accounts
Administrator/PA to join our team. Candidate should be able to multi-task with
good communication skills ,organized,think out of the box,accounts
administration/accounting knowledge ,& can-do attitude.
Duties PA: Managing
reception area,switchboard telephone,accepting clients/visitors. Diary
management for Director,drafting letters and signature requirements when
needed,appointment reminders,luncheons,travel arrangements, licence
renewals,dealing with private matters if and when required.
Administration: Preparation of lease documents from application , lease
agreements,FICA ,compliance issues etc. Maintaining updated data on systems iro
property details,tenants, leases,sq meters,pricing ,renewal dates etc when
required. Advertising on Prop24 vacant space. Liaising with tenants &
contractors -Telephone,Emails ,quotes & queries. Capture Rental invoices
avrg 25 inv p/month. Creditors – facilitate/verify quotes/invoices,process and
submit supplier invoices for sign off & payment to HQ avrg 35 inv p/month.
Assist with Municipal ,telephone,utilities management, Insurance other adhoc
queries if and when required. Proactive property maintenance management.
Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems in a systematic
order.General Office Admin day to day.
Requirements: Matric with mathematics ,Computer literate MS Office essential ,own
car/valid drivers licence, able to work independently and in a small team,
Accounting package & or property background would be an advantage. Credit
and criminal clear.
