•Develop and manage relationship with a mining customer portfolio
•Operate as a main point of contact for all matters in relation to customers
•Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs to ensure the development of new mines as well as the growth of existing customers in the mining sector
•Propose solutions and products that will address these customer needs and that once agreed upon, solutions are rendered immediately or products are delivered timeously
•Liaise with the relevant Würth Managers to ensure that customer’s expectations are managed in terms of large stock orders
•Resolve all customer problems, issues or complaints timeously to ensure that trust relationships are maintained
•Involve the relevant managers with the negotiation of contracts and agreements
•Inform the National Business Development Manager of progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
