Our Cleaning Division is looking for an experienced Sales Executive .

Purpose of this role is to drive new sales within the cleaning division and initiating contact with potential customers.

High-level Objectives:
1. Acquire new Contract Cleaning Business for Food and Beverage / Packaging / High Compliance market segments.
2. Lead generation across the different business units.
3. Responsible for needs analysis surveys as per customer requirements.
4. Customer Focus by networking on a regular basis with internal and external stakeholders.

Summary of responsibilities:
• Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales targets.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to contract start up
• Research potential new customers and consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.
• Meet agreed sales targets.
• Maintain Service Records and Documentation.
• Achieving daily and weekly call ratios to ensure targets are met.
• Will be responsible to generate their own leads.
• Conduct customer site surveys and to supply solutions.
• Prepare quotations/proposals and presentations.
• Consolidate data in order to facilitate management reporting.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy.
• Submit reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Negotiate sales and clinching business deals.
• Initiate Invoicing & Payment.
• Conduct handing over of new contracts to operations.
• Develop focus in specific industry sectors.
• Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
• Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value.
• Focus on value of offering – follow up with after sales service.
• Liaise with subject matters experts to deliver customer training.
• Submit reports – sales trends, customer growth, customer issues.
• Adapt to specific market segments.

Job Requirements:
•Willing and able to travel nationwide.
•Sales experience within the Food and Beverage Industry.
•Open plant cleaning and CIP knowledge.
•2- 3 years of experience in contract cleaning sales.
•Proven track record in establishing and growing hygiene markets.
•Excellent selling, communication, and strong negotiation skills.
•Organized and structured – able to work independently.
•Practical knowledge of the environment where products are used.
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•Highly computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
•High work standards, excellent communication skills, energetic and driven.
•Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
