Introduction
Ecowize is looking to employ a Once-off Cleaning Manager (Rope Access Level 3) based in KZN.

The main purpose of this position is to manage the once-off cleaning team and coordinate various specialized cleaning projects.

The successful candidates must have a valid Rope Access certificate, with a medical certificate.

Specification
Job Specification:

•Ensure operational efficiency with the implementation of the appropriate standards of safety and quality control in rope access activities, according to Ecowize standards.
•Responsible for all cleaning services for clients e.g. silo cleaning, window washing, and other cleaning services where working at heights are required.
•Responsible for all specialised cleaning services for clients e.g. decontaminations, broiler cleaning and any specialised industrial cleaning required.
•Maintain a good working relationship with the client and team.
•Maintain a good working relationship with the client and team.
•Maintain the rope access equipment ensuring that the certification is kept up to date.
•Manage Team performance and ensure cleaning scheduled are completed on time.
•Maintain specialized equipment for all once-off cleaning services.
•Responsible for all equipment and the cleaning of equipment, also ensure that nothing is missing when requested to work on site.
•Ensure that existing and potential clients are kept informed of advancements to rope access services.
•Attend client meetings during the task planning or organizing period.
•Ensure quality standards are maintained so that the quality of service meets the necessary standards.





Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
•Valid Rope Access Certificate Level 3 & SAMTRAC is essential.
•Valid driver’s licence and PDP.
•Minimum of 3-year rope access experience.
•Previous work experience in the Food Industry will be advantageous.
•Hours of work are not restricted to normal working hours – must have the ability to work additional hours and be flexible with working hours as requested.

•Good planning and time management skills are essential.
