Responsible for the processing of customers payments timeously in order to reflect the true status in terms of payments received.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS





Loading deposits onto customer transactional systems with accuracy.
Communicate all development, connection and access problems to CM controller.
Liaise with the CM controller or Cashbook Team regarding irregular customer transactions, incorrect bank deposits, errors and bank returned cheques.
Liaise with the helpdesk regarding queries which need to be dealt with promptly.
Correct mistakes received from Cashbook Clerks once authorized by CM controller.
Communicate all loadings queries to CM controller.
Monitoring of CRM queries and resolving queries within 30 minutes SLA with the Call Centre.
Adherence to Service level Agreement.
Adherence to Internal processes implemented by Management.
