•Preparing Contract Bids/Proposals.
•Assist with all departmental administrative duties.
•Business Proposal and Report writing.
•Liaise with all business suppliers/ internal and external stake holders.
•Monitoring and evaluation of all documents and reports.
•Receive and review all correspondences to the office/ department.
•Archive Management.
Requirements
•Information Technology qualification or equivalent.
•2+ years Administration/ Business Administration experience.
•Computer Literacy.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act.
•Knowledge of Company Compliance documents
