Market sector identification and strategy.
Corporate identity ensuring all aspects of the corporate identity are adhere to, refreshed where needed and the corporate identity is updated and communicated internally and externally as needed.
Website: managing and updating the imagery, functionality and content aligned to the CEC services and product portfolio, market positioning and relevant information.
Advising on suitable awareness campaigns for existing customers and the market to highlight CEC’s capabilities and growth.
Social media strategy: Include and advance CEC’s social media strategy across the required and applicable social media channels.
Press releases and managing releases via media relationships, managing and advising of content while maintaining brand awareness.
Content Strategy and Execution
Liaise and manage agencies to deliver on:
Planning and execution of all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising content and messages.
Designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plan and create content and messages on website.
Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
Tracking the website traffic flow and providing internal reports and analytics regularly.
Fixing of any errors identified in online content and arranging webinars and webcasts.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
Customer Experiences Implementation
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Optimize placement of buttons and user experience.
Contribute to the development and delivery of marketing communications campaigns across all media to support the business plan.
Creation of ongoing contextual adverts.
Data and Analytics
Use analytics and metrics, and a number of technologies/tools, to analyze campaign results, successes and KPIs.
Responsible for analyzing statistics and looking for ways that the company can improve its online marketing efforts.
Develop key relationships with engineering teams and possess the communication skills and confidence to deliver technical information to nontechnical audiences.
Create ad/marketing campaigns in Google AdWords and other packages to develop and execute strategies for digital marketing efforts.
Conduct SEM/ SEO analysis and comprehensive Google Analytics services.
